Hey Nik

I’m an entrepreneur who loves building businesses, and helping others to build theirs.

I went from corporate boardrooms to selling over a million dollars of viral products from my bedroom. Now, my team and I help over 48,000 people in 175 countries to grow their business on social media. Here’s a quick timeline of my journey.

Escaping corporate life

I started working at a global consulting firm called Accenture, which advises 90 of the top 100 brands in the world.

The company, people and perks were great. But I wasn’t feeling the ‘corporate vibe’ or being limited by a salary that someone else decides.

So I quit to start my own business.

Entrance to entrepreneurship

I launched a business called Spotlight, which sold viral products in the fashion, fitness and travel niches. After months of trial and error, I grew it to over $500k in sales during its first year.

By the end of the second year, my sales totalled over $1.2 million after I launched global advertising and influencer marketing campaigns on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.

It was a wild ride!

Moving onto something bigger

Selling products was great, but I realised I wanted to make a more meaningful impact on the world (very cliché, I know).

So I launched a series of Udemy courses about business, marketing and sales to help other entrepreneurs succeed, and skip the stressful learning period that I went through.

Over 48,000 people are now enrolled in my courses. Many of these courses have also been selected for Udemy’s Business Program, which serves brands like Adidas, Marriott, Netflix, PayPal and Mercedes-Benz.

What I’m up to now

My biggest focus is continuing to help entrepreneurs grow their business on social media. It’s the most valuable, fulfilling and enjoyable work I’ve ever done.

In addition to my courses, I run a marketing and advertising agency to work with businesses more closely. We’ve worked with over 80 clients across many different industries, and we’re always welcoming new clients. If you’d like to get in touch, please message us here

I’m excited to keep helping more entrepreneurs to live, work and succeed at doing what they truly want.

Quick fire round

Where do you live?

London (the British one!) But I have course members and valued clients who live all over the world.

What do you do with your free time?

I love checking out new bars and restaurants (especially in different countries), going to festivals and playing poker. But I also enjoy my time alone for hitting the gym, doing Netflix marathons, investing in stocks and crypto, listening to podcasts and watching Formula 1 racing.

Where do you see yourself in five years?

I’ll definitely be helping entrepreneurs to grow their business through my courses, agency or something else. But I avoid overthinking or overplanning the future.

Life’s too unpredictable, and our world’s too crazy to make accurate forecasts. So I keep my plans more flexible than an Olympic gymnast. I focus on the day, week and months ahead of me. That way, I’m always ready for new opportunities and unexpected challenges.

What do you value most in people?

People who are real. You can share everything from a deep conversation, to inappropriate jokes and even a fiery debate. You can be yourself around them, because they’re being themselves around you.

Life’s so much better with real people, and this applies to friends, family, partners, clients, colleagues, hookups, Uber drivers – anyone. I’m a strong believer in quality over quantity.

What’s your biggest piece of advice?

Life won’t just happen the way you want it to. You have to aim for what you want and take your shot. Sometimes more than once. So take your shots early and often (I apply this advice to tequila as well).

Too many people wait for a day that never comes.
